CORONA VIRUS (COVID-19) PROTOCOL:

In an effort to limit risk of potential exposure for you, your client and our team during this time, ShutterPort Media is Implementing the following temporary protocols to adhere to the Social Distancing measures set by our government.

​

• Removing interactions with the homeowners and Realtors while on site by asking them to vacate the premise prior to our arrival and not returning until our team has left.

• The home must be 100% show ready with all lights turned, toliet seats closed and staged as you would like it to appear, as the ShutterPort Media team will not be touching anything on site.

• For 3D Virtual Tours, all interior doors (excluding closets) will need to be left open, including interior access to the garage and cold cellars.

• You must let us know ahead of your appointment if you or your sellers have travelled out of the country within the last month and are experiencing flu-like symptoms or other common respiratory/cold symptoms such as: Fever, Cough, Difficulty breathing.
